Returning Rental Items:

We hope you had an amazing time at your event & now you're ready to return your outfit. Don't worry sista, we made rental returns super easy! Please follow the instructions below..

How to Return: 

  1. Remove all of your personal items.
  2. Pack the pre-paid label package. Put everything you wish to return inside. 
  3. Return the package to any USPS store or dropbox (they're the brown and gold boxes). You can find a USPS location close to you here.
  4. Just be sure to return your rental to a USPS on your rental end date. Returning your rental late will cause late fees of $10 for each day it's late.

Returning Purchased Items:

We are more than happy to provide free return shipping on most items. Please read our conditions before you begin your return process. 


  • For hygiene purposes, we do not accept already used or open face jewels, body jewels, or pasties. If we accidentally sent you the wrong product and the packaging is untampered with, we are more than happy to process your return/exchange. 
  • If a customers rents an item(s), they are expected to drop off their returned items until 11:59 PST the last day the item have 14 days from the day they received their package to request a return/exchange. 
  • Submitting a return request does not guarantee acceptance of your return. Please wait till your return request is approved before sending back the product (We will accept or reject your request within 24 hours the request was made).
  • If you send the product without your request being approved and still send the product back, no refund will be made and we will not send the product back. 
  • After your request has been approved, please use the pre-made return bag that you received with your original purchase. If you did not receive a return bag, please email
